Professor Rose Cooper, whose is making good progress in her research in working out how manuka honey kills MRSA, is about to start a new project looking at British honeys.

To carry out this research, Rose would like some British monofloral samples of 100g over the next couple of months. This is a small amount of honey and the least beekeepers can do for this very important research she and her team are carrying out.
