Montgomeryshire Beekeepers Association
Join or renew MBKA

Anybody is welcome to join the MBKA, and we welcome members’ spouses and children to take part in the association activities.
You don’t have to be a bee keeper to join in!

For membership renewal

Montgomeryshire Beekeepers Association (MBKA) membership records have now been entered on the eReturn2 membership administration system.
eReturn2 is a secure membership administration system hosted by Bee Diseases Insurance Ltd (BDI) and managed by Purely Solutions Ltd (PSL) on behalf of the British Beekeepers Association (BBKA) and the Welsh Beekeepers’ Association (WBKA) as a facility for beekeeping associations who are members of BBKA and or BDI and or WBKA.

You will be sent a link by email during the first week of January which will allow you to access your membership record and make any changes needed to your contact details.
Any additional BDI premium required will be calculated when you enter your colony numbers.
After you have updated your record, instructions for payment by bank transfer will be shown.
If you have any questions or need help please email the
Membership Secretary.

The membership fee for registered members for 2024 is £30.00 which includes membership of the Welsh Beekeepers Association, public and products liability insurance and Bee Diseases Insurance for up to 3 colonies. Additional BDI Premium should be paid if you have more than 3 colonies. BDI can refuse to pay out on a claim if you are found to have more colonies than you have paid BDI premium for.

The membership fee for partner members for 2024 is £8.00 which includes partner membership of the Welsh Beekeepers Association and public and products liability insurance. Partner members must be over 18 years of age and live at the same address as a registered member. Please note partner membership does not include Bee Diseases Insurance - all colonies must be insured by the registered member.

If you would like to add or remove a partner member or you would prefer to renew using a paper form please contact the
